Our Story

In 2016, Playworks Reading House embarked on a journey in providing reading instructions directly to our students. The reading classes cater to children who are learning to read from the age of 2 ½ to 7 years old.

 

Our fun, systematic and multisensory approach to reading in a conducive learning environment will enhance the quality of their learning experience.

 

In addition, Playworks Reading House also conduct instructional programme for struggling readers, or/and for those who need a hands-on approach to reading. Playworks Phonics Program that we use is based on the well researched Orton Gillingham systematic and structured reading approach.

 

This approach has been proven to be highly effective in helping children with learning difficulties like dyslexia and LLD (Language Learning Difficulties).
